Funds are for trips only and are not refundable for cash.
Funds are distributed in a clock-on/clock out manner for most events.
Funds from December 24th Service collection are reserved at first for everyone in the group and may only be used on trips (The Mountain or any other large trip the group is taking; not movies, paintball, etc.). They are redistributed among teens going on the trips if they are not used by an individual within the school year.
Funds from other fundraisers must be used either by graduation or within two years. After graduation or the second year, funds are reabsorbed and redistributed as directed by the CYRE committee.
